As soon as you’ve found your ideal house or apartment, reserve it pronto! They’re not around for long so don’t delay. For students living in a property who would like to continue living there we always advise to communicate that with us as soon as you can. This will involve coming in to our office on Clarendon Park Road with your fellow housemates, signing a reservation form and paying a security deposit. It’s a very straightforward process and nothing to stress over, but it just needs to be done early enough.
Each individual student needs to provide two guarantors, in order to pay the rent within our standard instalment plan, which runs in line with student loans. If only one guarantor is provided, six months rent is to be paid on completion of contracts and if no guarantor is available, the full terms rent is therefore payable in advance.
